Amy Powers is executive vice president and general counsel of Fitness Together Holdings, Inc., overseeing legal matters for the parent and operating companies, franchisors of the Fitness Together and Elements Therapeutic Massage brands.

Powers previously served as senior vice president and acting general counsel for the Quiznos restaurant franchise system. Prior to that, she was of counsel at the law firm of Holland & Hart, LLP in Denver. She previously served as general counsel for Boston Market and associate general counsel for Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp. Prior to joining Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp., she was a partner at the law firm of Bell, Boyd & Lloyd in Chicago (now merged with K&L Gates, LLP).

Powers holds a Bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University and a law degree from DePaul University.
