Cardio Together starts with a F.I.T Consultation to discuss your goals, health issues or limitations that may need to be considered before undertaking any serious cardiovascular activity. A certified Fitness Together trainer then administers and assesses a series of tests designed to provide information regarding physical conditioning, heart rate and other information. Your trainer uses this information to design a custom cardiovascular program that addresses your individual needs and provides optimal results in a safe and efficient manner.
