ASPIRE8 is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals through eight progressive phases over the course of one year. This inspiring program starts with a F.I.T. Consultation and Assessment, which creates a specific body type scoring that classifies you into one of four training zones: Move, Active, Sport or Extreme.
We then take personalization and goal-specific training to new heights with Aspire’s Phases, Levels and Modalities elements. An expert fitness consultant works with you to build a custom program designed to progressively move you toward higher levels of fitness. As the workouts evolve, you will experience more improvement and attainment of your personal goals.
