In 1983, Rick Sikorski opened his first Fitness Together in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Sikorski has come a long way from the days when he was too poor to afford an apartment and slept in a sleeping bag in his tiny personal-training studio. Today, more than 25 years later, Sikorski's single studio has bloomed into Fitness Together, the world's largest personal training franchise.

Fitness Together is built on three main foundations: strong corporate support, proven operating systems, and excellent leaders.

Fitness Together Holdings, Inc. is one of the world's largest wellness organizations. The parent company oversees Fitness Together^® Franchise Corporation, a one-on-one personal training fitness franchise established in 1996, and elements therapeutic massage^®, a massage therapy franchise that began franchising in 2006. Today, the combined franchise network includes more than 600 franchises across the United States, Canada, Costa Rica, Israel and Ireland.
